An Integrated Approach to Mental Health
Anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions move through the same human system, the nervous system, the brain, and the body. While some experiences have biological or chemical components and others are shaped by life events, meaning, and context, care must address the whole person. This work reflects an integrated approach to mental health: grounded in clinical science, informed by regulation, and attentive to human experience, resilience, and recovery across all diagnoses.
